Finally, finally…I’ve saved a used up jar of peanut butter and gotten aboard the OIAJ train to deliciousness!
Seriously – what was I waiting for? This breakfast is so delicious and EASY!
Step 1 – Enjoy some peanut butter….and then enjoy it some more. Save the glass jar to use up those last stubborn bits of peanut or other nut butters stuck all around the jar (if you like your oats warm – don’t try this with plastic – you’ll see what happens when you microwave it later!).
Step 2 – Add the rest of your ingredients directly to the nut butter jar.
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
Stir, cover, refrigerate overnight
Step 3 – I added some sliced banana to my oatmeal and heated it up for a few seconds in the microwave but you can grab this baby and dash for an easy meal-to-go.
I can’t wait to use up EVERY nut butter jar for this super easy, super nutritious, and over the top delicious breakfast!
