Setting goals and plans always helps me achieve my greatest success. My daily workout plan and goals for the week are as follows:
Monday -45 minute run/walk and STRETCH!
Daily goal: 5 servings of vegetables
Tuesday -Ripped in 30
Daily goal: Write 10 positive things about myself
Wednesday -45 min run/walk and STRETCH!
Daily goal: Only 1 cup of coffee
Thursday – Belly Dancing DVD and Arm Sculpting Barre Workout
Daily goal: Snack well – no processed foods
Friday -Yoga and Active Rest (packing boxes)
Daily goal: Pack at least 5 boxes
Saturday – Out of Hibernation 5K goal
Daily goal: Run as much of the race as I can
Sunday – rest day
Daily goal: Plan blog posts for the week
