The idea of going back and doing the C25K was not enticing at all, so I wanted to face a new challenge. A longer race!
I started the Ease into 10K program today. It was one of those runs where my legs felt like lead and I had to fight myself the entire time to just.keep.going.
But I did it. And I’ll do it again.
Just put one foot in front of the other until you get to where you want to go.
